Idara Sera na Uratibu
Objective
To monitor and provide directives on performance of the Government.
Functions
This Division will perform the following functions:-
- To analyse and advise on the implementation of Government Policies;
- To administer Government Business and prepare relevant periodic reports; and
- To analyse and advise on Cabinet Papers prepared by Ministries.
This Division will be led by a Director and will have two (2) Sections as follows:-
- Ministries Affairs Section; and
- Performance Management Section.
This Section will perform the following activities:-
- Coordinate and monitor implementation of Government decisions in Ministries;
- Analyse and advise on implementation of Ministries policies and monitor their performance;
- Analyse and advise on Cabinet Papers from Ministries; and
- Prepare Ministries’ Performance reports.
This Section will be led by an Assistant Director.
Performance Management Section
This Section will perform the following activities:-
- Analyse and maintain data and information concerning performance of Ministries, Regional and LGAs;
- Evaluate the implementation of Government decision;
- Manage performance Dash Board; and
- Prepare papers and briefs on performance.
